It has been a while since I posted, things have been busy getting ready for the fall, but, I am back!
If you read the Korea Trip Blog Posts you know that we attended a Taekwondo demonstration that was done by the Kukkiwon Demonstration Team. The demonstration consisted of some typical stuff, and also some newer breaks and techniques.
My favorite part of the demo was this Multi-Attacker scenario where all of the "attackers" were actually holding boards. The boards were demonstration boards, so they were thinner then usual, but that did not take away from the speed, accuracy and obvious power the techniques were executed with. Take a look:
The team also did a synchronized demonstration of Koryo. The shorter women in the front is Amanda's SaBumNim.
As I continue to dig through the video and photos from the Korea trip I will keep posting about them. I also plan on returning to the sparring drill video documentation as time allows.

I know that I am a bit behind on the Blog Posts! Sorry, still catching up from the trip and such. I did complete a Guest post for Nathan over at TDA while he is away from his computer for while. If you would like to check it out: TDA Training. The Topic is "Why Taekwondo differs from Karate"
