Here is a common Paddle Kicking drill to practice Slide Back or counter Double Round House kick.
While this video is not intended to teach Double round house, here are a few key points to keep in mind for this technique.
1. Keep your back straight, do not lean forward or backwards
2. This double motion is similar to running in place with High Knees, you do not need to jump high to execute Double.
3. Be aware of where the first kicking foot recovers. Where this foot steps down will determine the distance from your opponent, and is key to the second kick landing effectively.
